Placebo Headwound

Downloaded it.

I kinda like it. I don't see many things wrong with it so far.

Can't wait to see the full version.

President Evil

I like it, but it needs some work. Can't wait for the full version.

Uh, does it work with Zune?
Uh, who buys a Zune?

Certainly not a man that expects quality or support.

As for this new iTunes rip-off, I'm not even going to bother.
Songbird's been around for quite a while, and it's not a ripoff. It just tries to combine too many apps and screws it all up.
I don't know about you but my most used programs are my music player and internet browser; so far iTunes has been decent but I'd like to have more features on it and defiantly better video playback.

This promises to offer both of them...

Sadly yes, but not right now. It'll work with every MP3 player  psyduck;

Indeed.

On Songbird, it sounds pretty cool... I don't know, though. I guess I'll try it. The built in web browser is cool, but seems unnecessary. And also, I don't want it duplicating the files of all my music when I import. Harddrive could explode. It would be cool if it could just have, I guess, a shadow of my iTunes. Like, every time I get a new CD, if I import to Songbird, it really puts it into my iTunes library, and Songbird plays the files from my iTunes. That way, it only keeps one copy of the files, and I don't have to update both programs. Wishful thinking...

Songbird is in Beta testing right now, for one

When you import it doesn't duplicate the song... If you keep everything in the same folder and import it, it should be PERFECT. If you import a CD from Songbird it'll download it to your computer, iTunes will only show it up if you import the music files.

I just imported all my music on it and it handles the music like SHIT

What can I expect from a non final version.

mariofreak55

Once it's final and supports the Zune, I'll download it. Sounds cool.

I agree except that Zune part

It's not worth downloading at all right now

... Do you think I'd download it if it didn't support Zune?

VLC doesn't support the iPod. Did I download it? Yes, and it's pretty much my only media player.

...But who the fuck buys a Zune?

Tell me what the iPod has that the Zune doesn't, besides games.

A small screen.

I want a Zune.  The 30gb model costs the same as the 30gb iPod but it has many more features.

Larger Screen
FM Radio
Wireless
