Oh god, I had such a scary dream

I dreamed there were little insects in my house, dung beetle I guess, that I would just play with. I'd pick them up, let them crawl around, whatever. They have nothing to do with the main point, so cool.

Well, after I got done playing with whatever those beetles were, I grabbed some pudding. I peeled back the foil, got a little bit of chocolate pudding on my thumb, but didn't care and proceeding to enjoy the chocolate slop. Not long after that, I feel weak and tired and I'm rapidly becoming pale. Since I've also been exorbitantly tired these past few days in my real life, it all still felt like everything was real.

Well, I just pass it off for a couple of hours, and try to spend some time with my father since he's home from Germany. I'm feeling pretty good, until after just a little bit I feel like I need to go to bed even though I'm fully rested. Then, for whatever reason, I just think, "Oh god, do I have AIDS?" After that, my eyesight fades away from the direct center and I suppose this was a symptom of AIDS in my dream. Well, apparently, there was some AIDS breathalyzer thing near the pudding vendor to test if you had the illness... and I did. I just began to cry, because I knew I was doomed.

Then I felt my eyelids jittering, and I was like, "Wait... wait... it's a dream?" This was quite possibly the first time I had ever recognized a dream before actually waking up. I also had some sort of limited control over the things that were happening, so I suppose that's progress towards lucid dreaming.

Also also, don't ask me why I got AIDS from pudding. In my dream, I suppose it lived because pudding supposedly had some special animal protein that the virus could replicate itself in; not exactly sure.

Also also also, how would you feel to one day wake up with an incurable disease?
