So I made a cord today

So I had to go to the local Career and Tech Center today with my class. I was the only girl in my group. First, we saw Tech Support and Networking, then Media: Print and Video Production, then Engineering/Project Lead The Way, Computer Tech (where you learn programming languages), and finally drafting.

We went and saw how a normal class was run, and talked to a lot of the students there. In all of the classes except for Drafting, there were no girls. In drafting, however, there was but one girl in the class.

Anyway, in Tech Support and Networking, we got to make a cord that you use to connect yourself to dial up, I forget exactly what it's called at the moment.

Why am I so rebellious? All of the girls except for me (literally, all of them) went to do culinary and floral and fashion design. Not something I can envision myself doing for the rest of my life.
