The Trojan War presented in The Iliad is an epic by Homer and not quite recognized as a factual account on what happened. And since there's no other record of the event, we can doubt that there ever was a war. Thus, the assignment cannot be accurately researched and is pointless.

The Trojan War is an actual historical event.    This epic war was started then Paris, the prince of Troy, kidnapped Helen.  They fucked and his condom broke.   Some greeks got pissed and raped every one.

After the Mongols took over all of present-day China under Genghis Khan, the Japanese were happy. They threw a party. They invited Athens and Sparta over for a party. Athens and Sparta had sex with a cheap condom, it broke, and 9 months later came Troy. Troy was upset that he wasn't actually intentionally conceived, and so he started a civil war inside him. Hence the Trojan War began.
