I'm not Kaz, but it's obviously Garfield from a realistic viewpoint, in which Garfield is a normal, non-telepathic cat and Jon is off his meds.

Which is actually much more entertaining than the real comics, just like the randomized ones.

Indeed.

Interestingly, though, Garfield was actually funny until Jim Davis forgot how to write jokes and started recycling all the old ones.
