Galaxy reminds me of 64 in more than a couple of ways. It pays homage to it, and it has some of the same style as 64, but there are different variations to make it a whole lot better.

The stars are still a priority of course. And it's like the paintings in 64. You gets stars, you power up the ship more and more, and then more stations become available, so you're able to unlock more galaxies, and get more stars. A big loop.

I have 31 stars right now. china; And that Princess Rosalina is fucking hot. The first time I saw her sitting down from behind, I was like

She sure looks a hell of a lot like Peach though..I'll let the storyline continue. Maybe there's something to that. Long lost sister or something.

The controls/camera were fucked up.

Camera sucks in every 3D Mario game, and Galaxy is no exception. It doesn't get stuck behind walls like it did in Sunshine, but you actually have less control of it and it's annoying when you're on some planets and all sense of direction is lost.

IMO Super Mario 64 sucked. The controls/camera were fucked up.

The one thing about Galaxy is that the camera is retarded but it does a good job of not messing up 80% of the time, but that 20% is just awful.

Of course it messes up sometimes (small planets). But 64 had bad controls %100 of the time, and a bad camera angle %50 of the time. For Galaxy it's more like %5 and %10.

Swimming is still just as retarded in Galaxy as it was in 64, though. Nothing has changed there.
