Really? That's a shame. I liked the other two new ones and was looking forward to eventually playing this one too.

i mean if you liked both of those then you should play it but it's the most barebones game in the trilogy for sure, especially in terms of combat

my experience with the series is playing tomb raider 2013 and feeling like it was good but there was tons of room for improvement, and then "rise of" came out and it was the exact same shit, and now this one's the exact same shit but with even less impact

Quote from: TooB on May 28, 2019, 11:10:30 PMWeird. From what I heard, this one is pretty much the same as the other two...
...maybe that's the problem

yeah

AAAAAAAA

How the hell does it get more bare bones? Are you telling me they went backwards?

It looked like this one had more tombs/exploration stuff so I was excited.

Technology and globalism go hand and hand. If you want to be on the forefront of technology then you gotta be global

idk this time they decided to focus on having huge towns to explore with literal npc quest givers who send you on pointless runarounds. it's bizarre

there are still challenge tombs and stuff tho. but fighting actual enemies feels weirdly rare until the final act

beat wild guns: reloaded

this game is hard but i made it way harder than it needs to be by kinda avoiding the core mechanic of shooting enemy bullets to charge up ur supergun. i didn't force myself to start making a point to charge it until i got to the final area, which proved to be extremely difficult otherwise

And supposedly, reloaded is harder than the original SNES version, simply because it's widescreen, so theres more area to cover at once, and your screen nuke is no longer a full screen nuke.

YPrrrr

I got Cuphead, Skyrim, Hollow Knight, and Overcooked 2 during the E3 sale

Debating if I should get the Phoenix Wright Collection but it will probably be cheaper in November when I finish everything else
