finished kirby's adventure [glow=black,2,300]with a 75% completion rate lol[/glow]

i was consistently impressed by everything from the gameplay to the technology to the music from beginning to end a+

and after that final boss fight no amount of evidence will convince me that this game was ever released on the nes, multi-layered parallaxxx scrolling and pseudo-3d are graphical techniques reserved for the snes and beyond wtf

the only thing that really gives the hardware away is that the frame rate can't always keep up lol

it doesn't help that i hadn't found the shield when i first encountered them lol

this game is merciless

Honestly, once you beat them, most of the rest of the game is a cakewalk because Alucard starts getting seriously overpowered. There are still a couple rough spots here and there but that beginning boss is probably the hardest cause they throw it at you before you have a chance to level much or find good equipment.
