after finishing my first Demon's Souls playthrough the other night, just for the heck of it i started the NG+ and did the very first level. i swear none of my parries work anymore. i still overpower everything pretty vastly, but i do take like 40% more damage.

i got through it fine, although ng+ showed me something i don't think i knew about before. phalanx can restore its health? i think it does this if you wait a long time and it draws its little minions back in.
