don't tell me you actually expected anything scary in it

even re4 had more "makes you jump" moments than 5. 5 is pretty much straight-up action.

I did expect at least a Regenerator moment.

RE4 scared me shitless when those Regenerators popped up.

RE5 isn't scary, which is cool by me, but the enemies are annoying (Lickers, Gun Majini)

yeah i still liked the game a lot

the most annoying enemies, if you ask me, are reapers, but i dunno if you've encountered those yet
