1.5 GHZ processor and 512 megs of RAM.

For some cheap-o $200 machine, I'd say that's actually somewhat fair.

Keep in mind, its made to run on old hardware, so just because it doesn't have Gnome (or KDE) or Compiz doesn't mean it sucks.   

Actually, it kinda cool that Wal Mart is selling Linux PC, but it is unfortunate that they have this gOS, and not Ubuntu.  Some distros will probably scare away most people.
