If this server could handle it, it'd be cool to have a flash board that allows uploading flash. Of course, we could have a flash board anyway, but with our current status, uploading wouldn't be very...good.

I was thinking of working on a Widget for OS X that allows people to check their PMs, send PMs, see who's online, and such, but I'm not sure if I know how to do it entirely.
