A glossy 2x3.5 or a 3x3 would be good, and it's about $55
250 stickers means every award could be 3 stickers and whoever buys them would still have 40 left

One idea for that is to be all mysterious about it not let on what it actually is on the flyer so they won't know until they get to the site. And maybe redo the homepage to reflect this also.
