he had a great taste in music and a really intellectual way of talking about his taste, for one thing

for another thing, he actually had a sense of humor and his relentless sarcasm was a lot more interesting than anything that most people around here spit out

i suddenly thought of houdini the other night because i saw a Squarepusher music video and Squarepusher is somewhat similar to Aphex Twin and that particular video was directed by Chris Cunningham who also did videos for Aphex Twin so yeah
