Well, I don't eat much either (usually just some crackers after school and something for dinner) just because I'm never hungry, but if you get hunger pains then you should eat. 

You won't get fat at all if you distribute you meals evenly (i.e. not 5 pound of food right before bed, like I do) and get at least a little exercise. For some people, it's easy to eat the world and not gain a pound, but if you're not one of those people, you may need a little more than a school gym class.

I used to do weights all the time when I was a pole vaulter, but I haven't since last spring. I still run about two miles everyday.
