Ox tail. My redneck neighbor (who also happens to be an intellectual and a state judge) cooked some a few years ago. It was tough as hell, but it tasted really damn good.

Um, I've had some alligator, but I'll never eat it again. Not because it tasted bad, but I feel guilty for eating certain animals. I'll never eat shark or turtle, even though I've had the chance at both. I'd readily eat dog, though.
