What makes someone cold-blooded? Someone who can easily murder an innocent person with a family, a wife/husband and kids to tend to. Or even just a person in general, who hasn't done anything wrong

Who does?

What makes any given murder easy?  What's the difference between you thinking your killings would be justified and this as-yet unnamed group thinking theirs are?
What if a member of such a hate group kills a murderer, not because of their crime, but because of their ethnicity?  Is that fine?

What would you killing a morally bankrupt person accomplish that the justice system would not?  I somehow doubt you'd be able to nail them as the killer sooner than a team of trained detectives, lest you take the risk of killing innocents, thus being no better than those you seek to rid the world of.
