Why does eating bread products within 1 hour of me waking up upset my stomach?

I rarely eat breakfast on school days anymore(and if I do, I only eat after my first class) because when I eat anything bread/grain based I end up with a stomach and feel sick.   The odd thing is that it only happens if I eat within an hour or so of me waking up and only bread/grain prodcuts(toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, etc).

It pisses me off because I have to wait until I get out of my first class to eat.  Is this a problem?

Serious answers only.  psyduck;

when you sleep your stomach isn't getting any food, therefore settling to a slightly smaller size. When you eat breat products the heat of your body makes the yeast expand slightly, causing it to become larger than your condensed stomach, and igniting a certain hormone that breaks down the food quicker. This simultaneously irritates the sides of your stomach though, because it clashes with the acids and the protective phlegm layering.

jk, I really don't know.

Holy shit same here psyduck;

but with me it's pretty much anything, not just grain. My doctor said it might be an ulcer or something, but it's really weird... and annoying

except hormones aren't flammable

and they don't break down substances, since that's an enzyme's job

In the morning I sit down when I pee because I'm so tired I can't even stand up right for a short period of time.
