I'm highly considering getting a video camera so I can make game reviews and what not so I looked into them.
This one grabbed my attention and it looks pretty good. I'll admit, I don't know most camera information, so I am asking you to make sure I won't waste my money. Comments would be helpful.

Sam

It doesn't look too bad..

The recording quality's not great though, and it comes with pretty uch no memory ( maybe a minute or 2's worth of video), so you'll need to purchase another memory card.

It's cheap though, looks to be worth the 100. :3
1.8mb is too huge for a sig nigga

Regardless, I will be buying a memory card. Thanks.

Go to the store and ask people there about it, they're actually pretty helpful

I'd get something that records video games and a mic, thats all you'd need.

It is also $198 more expensive.
Don't go for something compact if you can, and thats only $100 more, not $198 more.

It's Aiptek, so it's a piece of shit.

Get something by Sony or Panasonic. I highly recommended the Sony HandyCam series, they're all great... I personally use a HC-something38, the "38" in the miniDV HandyCam line. Definitely get a miniDV one, as I explained in some other thread, the quality is superior and it's no more difficult to transfer stuff than a DVD/flash card.

Do what he said, I was going to say the same thing but I was tired from eating that burrito I just finished. I bet you can find an awesome Handycam off eBay for like $100, older cams work fine too, as long as it has a DV tape recorder, just have to get firewire if you don't have it already

Cool. I'm hoping to get one for less than $150. I've always liked Sony products also.
Thanks guys.

Yep, the great thing about miniDV is that the technology hasn't advanced much, so you can get a great camera easily under $200. You might miss out on some stupid filter effects or something, but those aren't really useful anyway...
