And there was this really weird kid right? He's like 14 and likes pokeman and crap and has no friends, is un athletic, etc etc.

So the people from the student council thing went up to him to dance with him, and after they did, he wiped his hands on his shirt. I think everyone laughed at him, because apparently he thought chicks have cooties or whatever.
