I've had a habit of playing them while I do homework, anyone have any?

Opeth has only one DVD and I don't think Borknagar, Winds, or Tyr have any so I guess progressive classic rock bands are good too. Yes Acoustics is also another I got recently and it's a bit short but I do like it.

Opeth's live DVD is really, really good and you should own it.

You probably don't like Talking Heads, but their Stop Making Sense concert film is universally regarded as one of the best ever.

Gimme Shelter is the greatest rockumentary of all time.

I like some Talking Heads stuff but not most of it.

I do own Laminations and played it last night. I can't get over how short music DVDs are, they need to be at least 2 hours long.

For that to happen, bands would need to play for at least two hours. Only really big bands get that kind of time.

Opeth is a really big band, along with Rush which I just got a few DVDs of theirs

Paul McCartney: In Red Square is pretty good.

Opeth is really popular, but they don't sell as much as Rush does.

Thanks for reminding me, though. All of Rush's DVDs are really good.

Rush's DVDs are short, at least some of them. I doubt Rush in Rio is short though, never seen it yet. I love their concerts though because they always have weird things in them, like washing clothes on stage? WHAT?

Geddy plugs straight into the PA, so he puts up weird shit instead of amplifiers. He's using rotisserie chicken ovens on Rush's current tour.

Chances are you aren't a fan of these guys, but Depeche Mode released 2 great live dvd's.

101 is from their last stop on the tour supporting Music for the Masses.

Devotional is from the tour of the same name that supported Songs of Faith and Devotion.
