Why the fuck do people park their cars on the street and put their alarms on?

It's so fucking annoying when they have a driveway. If they are so worried about their car being stolen they should park it in there. 

It only annoys the neighbors when they are too lazy so they just park in front of the house, set their alarm, and have it go off every time a car drives by.

There's almost no point in car alarms at all, because honestly, who actually goes out to check if its their car that's making the noise? Even if they do, they just get pissed at it. All they care about is making the noise go away.
