So, I've been thinking that I probably will end up going to college. I've also been thinking about enjoying my life for about a year or two before going to college, since it'll probably be the only time to ever truly enjoy my life until I get old. My Biology teacher last year said she travelled around the US for a few years before going to college and it's something everyone should do. She even went as far as to say young people shouldn't even consider work until they approach 30, and just enjoy life until then. My old French teacher back in New York (she wasn't actually old) travelled Europe for a few years with some friends before she went to college, and didn't even consider work until a while after that.

My question: Should I just go to college immediately after high school, or maybe just scour the world for a while?
