I've got a top-end Macbook with 3.3 Gigs of RAM, a 22" ultrasharp Monitor...what advantages does JMV's MacBook Pro offer? The 128mb of VRAM? I've got 224. Well? Prove me wrong, dumbass. Saying "lulz" just makes you look like an idiot.

Some people need power. Most people don't. I was simply asking why he got the Pro over the other. Seems to me it's wasted money on a Freshman who probably won't need it for 3 more years. He could have got the MacBook, saved the other money for when he actually needs more power.

You're also forgetting that his macbook pro is not more powerful than the top-end macbook so he spent 500 dollars on 2 inches of screen space
