How can anyone be proud to call themselves conservatives?

How is it possible that anyone can be proud about the fact that they are homophobic, misogynist, intolerant, oppressive fools who do not care about the poor or anyone who cannot directly benefit the government?


The only people I can think of that would be proud of that fact are the hardcore Christfags(note that I said Christfags, not Christians) or the rich people who make their living based on a capitalist system used to oppress the less fortunate.
