I can't believe that a 17-inch MacBook Pro with a 2.4 GHz Processor costs 500 dollars more than a fucking 24-inch iMac with a 2.8 GHz Core 2 Extreme

For the low-end one, yeah. Considering they've got a beautiful 20" screen, and OS X, that's a great deal.
