Large cult following?

There has to be less than a million people who have played the game, otherwise we'd see more of the series here.

Probably a few hundred thousand people claim to be Earthbound fans. I'm sure only about 10% have actually played it legally, though.

How many people go on about how amazing Pikmin 2 and Darius are?
