Well if you read the "What kind of student do you plan on being" thread, the general consensus is that we all want to crack down and do better next year, especially me. But honestly, if I don't start resetting my sleep cycle, It isn't going to happen. I've honest-to-god lost my ability to fall asleep before 4 oclock in the morning, not helped by the fact that I sleep until 3 PM. Not only that, but after school this year I'll be working full time. I'll be going straight from school to work which will drain every bit of my energy. I'm worried I'll never get my sleep cycle back. I miss the days of falling asleep at 11 :'(

School is already kicking me in the ass; I still haven't read the last book/written the essay.

I'm with you, Title. I have been on the same sleep cycle. Up until 3-4, sleep until 12-1. I have to fix that problem this weekend.

It's really hard for me to do. As you can see, it's 2:48, and I am still up.  gonk;

I stayed up until 5 AM everyday, but one day, I went to bed at 6 PM and woke up at 4 AM. It was all good, and the day right before school started. spam;

Same problem. I've tried to go to sleep two or three hours before I normally would, but I always end up just laying there and thinking for those two or three hours.

I would lay there for a good 15-20 minutes, and then say "fuck this..."

I'm just going to use RockStars, Starbucks, porn and Diet Pepsi to keep me awake

How, exactly, will that help you stay awake?

last time I checked porn gives you energy

During school, I'm normally up until midnight and wake up at 6:40 AM. That's one of the main reasons my grades dropped so much from freshman year. I need to get in bed by 10 or I'll die. emo;

NOA_Haunted

Yeah next week its time for me to try to get it better.
