It's not uTorrent. ISPs have he ability to know exactly what you're doing.   They can easily look at what kind of traffic you're using.

You're fine, I got a letter about four months ago from Comcast. They won't do anything unless you get caught again, no need to worry. Just stop using torrents and start using something else if you want to download stuff. Only download legal stuff through torrents or don't even use them.
