Title27GT

August 21, 2007, 12:52:57 PM Last Edit: August 21, 2007, 01:00:20 PM by Yo Como Tacos Para Vive
It's a bitter September morning.
I wake up at 5 AM, as I am not required to go to school in favor of the 9/11 strike.
Little did they know, I would be continuing the legacy.
I turn the ignition, the engine churns. I smack the dashboard. Works like magic. I back out of the apartment parking garage. I've got to get to Boston in 2 hours.
I run into some traffic on I-95. I got pulled over for speeding. I gladly take the ticket, as I will not have a chance to pay it in this world.
I arrive at O'Hare at 7AM and find the closest parking spot. I get out. It hasn't gotten any warmer. I pay for my ticket at the desk. I've got 20 minutes. I sit near the food court and clench my Cross. It has to be done.
Soon, the plane was calling for Passengers.
I was flying Southwest, no reserved seats, so I grabbed the one closest to the cockpit. Luckily, this was the last time I'd be flying Southwest. About 50 people filed into the Orange-and-Maroon airliner, most of them families with young children. perfect.
I wait, patiently, smiling at the flight attendants. The World owed them one more smile. After 10 minutes, the last call was made, and the Shuttle door was closed.
About 20 minutes into the air I knew we were close to New York.
I had flown this route before in my Cessna 172p.
The entrance to the bathroom was up front, near the flight attendants. I took out the list from my bag and looked at it. The Air Marshall was in 18b.
The Snack cart went down the aisle.
I got up and walked briskly towards it.
When it came up next to me, I pulled out my pocket knife. I waited til we got to 18b, and pretended to be knocked over by the food tray. As I leaned forward, I slit the throat of the air marshall. Leaving the elderly woman next to him confused and, rightfully, frightened. I then stabbed the Attendant working the tray, who appeared to be a 19 year old male. He collapsed to the ground. One of the flight attendants rushed to help him, as she hadn't seen me kill him.
As she ran past me, I quickly got her twice in the abdomin. The last flight attendant had seen me. She gets up against the wall and begins to cry, begging me to spare her. I told her that even if I did, we were all going to die in this plane eventually. I pulled out my .45 and shot her once in the head. I didn't enjoy killing.
I turned around at this point to see the frightened faces of the passengers, most of whom had just woken up from their naps at the sound of the gunshot.
The pilots had probably been alerted already at this point. I aimed carefully at the lock on the cockpit door, and shot it out
I ripped the door open and ducked around the corner. The co-pilot turned around and said "what the hell?" He got up and walked towards the door. The passengers held their breath. As he walked past me I hit him in the back of the head with the butt of my pistol. He fell to the ground. I quickly did a half-turn and shot the pilot to death. This plane was mine now, and we were too close to New York for the passengers to do anything to me. I said "goodnight" to the passengers, before shutting the door and padlocking it. We were approximately 30 miles east of New York.
When we got there, I used the Hudson to guide me downtown. We had began the descent. I smiled as the 30,000 protesters gathered at the Empire State Building had come into view. I turned down the nose speed and guided the giant aircraft towards them. That grin never left my face. I staggered as a bullet ripped through the door and hit me in my back, no doubt the passengers had discovered the gun left behind by the dead air marshall. I continued to smile as I slowed the aircraft down and began a steeper descent. The Empire state building was now an unmissable target in plain view. I pulled back a little. I knew I was at the correct altitude to collapse the building and kill everyone in or near it. The 30 seconds before we hit were the most bittersweet of my life. Bullets reigned through the door behind me, one hitting me in the shoulder. Soon, all I saw were the windows of the Empire State building and the busy people inside of them. I leaned back and passed to the next life.

That is directly from the book I'm reading.

This should have taken precedence over your laundry.  :|
