Led Zeppelin (you need it bad): mostly blues, "hard", and "soft" rock, with lots of other rock hybrids mixed in.

Boston: rock, "arena" rock

AC/DC (you also need this badly): hard rock

Van Halen (also needed badly): hard rock, metal, hair metal-ish

Rush: rock, hard rock, progressive rock

The Black Keys: blues rock, hard rock

Oasis: Britpop, rock

The Stone Roses: Britpop, rock

The Verve: Britpop, rock

Pink Floyd: progressive rock
AC/DC is the most over rated piece of LAWLZON to hit earth ever.

In terms of bands considered classic rock, oh yes. AC/DC is so overrated that it's not even funny.

That's why I'm saying it here, where Zoidberg isn't. educate;

He would just go off on some long winded speech on AC/DC and they're "awesomeness".

He'd also try to tell you that Angus Young is an amazing guitarist. Sure, he can make lots of catchy riffs, but he's not amazing. I once told Zoidberg that Young was "just a big power chord fan and made some catchy riffs," and then he said something like "yeah, but can any other guitarist do that while laying down and spinning around on the floor like a maniac?"

HE DIDN'T DO THAT IN THE RECORDING STUDIO.  psyduck;

Yeah, Angus had nothing compared to guitar gods like Pagey, Hendrix, etc. He chose style over substance, while the two examples I gave had both.

Whose that guitarist that was playing with a yo-yo and soloing at the same time? So what, people can do crazy shit while playing the guitar, doesn't make their music good, doesn't make them no over-rated.

Well no, but I still enjoy AC/DC. I find time to listen to them once in a while.  y;

Try some My Chemical Romance. The deep meanings of the songs really make you realize who you are.
