Can you explain to me what EV training is exactly? I read something about it a while ago, but didn't understand it.

EV (Effort Values) are basically what determain what stats are boosted in every level up. 4 EVs=1 stat boost, different wild pokemon will give you different EVs, specifically EV trained pokemon defeat shitty trained ones, THATS WHY MY lv 93 RAYQUAZA OUTRUNS MY FRIENDS lv100 ONE, , AMIRITE? ANyways...thats all I know and its pretty crappy in explaination, but I tried
