What are you talking about? Macs are perfect for media desires, with iLife and awesome features like Exposé, Dashboard, and FrontRow, it is by far the easiest and best kind of computers out there. It's also the most reliable in performance unlike most of the PCs that run Windows.

I'm just upset that I can't have one because Dell is cheap and that's all I can afford.

I use my consoles and my handhelds for gaming, and my computer for other things. I just don't like gaming on my computer very much, except for emulation.

I hate gaming on my computer. I have some sort of problem where I need to be on a forum, or on an instant messaging client or else I feel isolated from the rest of the world. This is one of the reasons I leave my computer on while playing video games.

"Mac" IS NOT CAPITALIZED. IT'S NOT AN ACRONYM LIKE "PC."

Macs can and do play games. They don't get many, but the games they do get are good. Examples include Warcraft III, Starcraft, and Doom III.

Also, most people that buy Macs don't give a damn about computer games anyways. To me, many are just annoying, overly complex, flat out stupid, expensive (with all the upgrades and shit), and playing with a mouse and keyboard SUX. Plus,  computer games always seem to have such a limited universe, and that scares me. Console games seem to give you an entire world, though you only see a tiny fraction.  caterpie;

I guess FPS are brilliant with a computer but a Mac is better than than a PC in every other way...
