Have any of you ever heard of been to that forum?

I got permabanned from that forum because I insulted the head admin, who is ten times the douchebag that Andy is, and because I planned to raid the fucking forum with some of my friends and some asshole went and ratted on me like a little bitch and I got IP banned.

All they do there is share Friend Codes. They even have a Wiki: http://projectfcd.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page

Some of the members are real noobs, but none of them compare to the ADMIN who is a real asshole...

They have a domain. We don't raid sites that own a domain unless they provoke us. I think Outsider has the same policy.
