I know I know you guys all hate me  edumacate; . But I just Thought this would be a cool idea. We make the Ranks Marine Corps enlisted ranks. Here is a link to the wikipedia page.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Marine_Corps_enlisted_rank_insignia

Admins = Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps ( SgtMajMC )
Moderators = Sergeant Major ( SgtMaj )
Mini Mods (if those are still here) = Master Gunnery Sergeant    First  ( MGySgt )

And then so on from down the line.

Idk This was just a thought of mine.
