This is where Apple tests all of there newest features to be implemented in Safari, and it's also what has evolved into Shiira.  Safari has problems on your PoS Windows PC? Try Webkit. Hell, it's already been shown that Safari is faster than Firefox and IE (on both OS's), so it can't hurt to try it.
