so any mario that isn't a traditional platformer basically
i think mario kart is an obvious choice, as are the mario rpgs

I think the first Mario & Luigi is prob my favorite
i also got a lot of mileage out of Mario Paint

paper mario + paper mario ttyd. i like them about the same. first one has slightly better locations and playable characters but the second one has better writing.
