i mean jesus christ, at this point it's no wonder why capcom abruptly cut ties with fraudster inafune and shelved his """game"'" (which, much like mighty no. 9, probably never actually existed in any meaningful sense)

Wait, what about Ouya is a scam? I believe they delivered on everything they promised: a tiny cheap low-power developer-friendly console based on Android with its own app store and accompanying controller.

which means nobody's going to port non-indie current-gen console games to it
which means nobody's going to buy it
which means even games that could run on its hardware have less reason to
And it doesn't have anything else going for it, like Netflix or any other streaming service or anything like a shared account with smartphones (like Google and Apple have on their TV boxes).

also has any game of note not associated with the ouya actually been released from kickstarter

Comcept decided to provide an excuse for the demo delay:
* They had "last-minute complications with distributing through Steam"
* They saw feedback saying people prefer to have a demo that is DRM-free and not time-limited
* It takes some time to "retool the demo" to remove DRM and prepare it for distribution through Humble Bundle

I'm not sure what kind of DRM takes more than a day for the original developers to remove, but whatever. They claim the demo was ready in time in all other ways but distribution method.
