Here's a random update note I haven't seen announced anywhere: the Miiverse stage cannot be selected when any player is using a 3DS system as a controller. I assume this is a technical restriction that 3DS connectivity requires exclusive use of the Wi-Fi antenna?

Not even "almost". It is, down to the penny, exactly the same price to buy any bundle as it is to buy each DLC item separately.

But they do still have just one kind of money-saving deal: buying each item's bundle for WiiU+3DS costs much less than buying for both platforms separately. Of course, the bundles for buying every piece of DLC for both platforms still remains exactly the same price as buying each individual item in the two-system pack.

Hm I just did the math really quick in my head and it seemed maybe a few pennies cheaper or something, but yeah I ended up just getting the characters/stages without any silly mii costumes, for both Wii U and 3DS
