Uh, the PS3 and 360 versions are identical. They are both based off of the PC version, therefore no version has a clear advantage over the other.

PS3: Shorter load times.
360: No need to install the game onto HD (Pro or con, depends on how you want to look at it), achievements, and rumble (Only for a short while until Dualshock 3 comes out though).

Other then that, the two versions are very much identical.
