Mmkay, well I'm playing the song "Just What I needed" by the Cars, and I'm trying to play an E Power Cord, and it sounds like shit, very vibrate-y.

Seeing as how an E power chord only requires you to press down on 1 or 2 strings (depending on how close to a bar chord you want it to sound), it shouldn't be that hard.
