applesauce

Thursday I didn't sleep.

Thursday I talked to my mother on the phone for really the first time since I left in August. I mean, we had spoken before, but this was the first time we really talked about things.

Friday evening I took the the train to Roosevelt and just started walking. I walked North on State all the way to where it meets Rush, then cut over to the beach, and walked along the sea wall to that big beach/point thing that makes a big bay of the Gold Coast. I sat there for a long time. Then I walked inland to the train. I went to Taco Burrito King. It was good. Then I rode trains until morning. It was fun. When I was on an empty car I stole a system map from the wall. It's really high quality.

Saturday I woke up at 4PM. I watched a movie with some women and got two polish sausages. They were good. I talked about books until 9AM.

Sunday I woke up at 3. I got back together with my ex, Marissa. This is the third time, not counting the times we sortof got back together but then didn't. Then I compulsively bought bus tickets home with money I shouldn't have spent. Also, I can't really go home those days, because I have stuff I need to do.  And then I started working on a website with some guy around midnight. We worked until 10 AM.

I skipped math again. I haven't been in over two weeks. I fell asleep in architectural history. I usually do. Before studio, I went to finish my model, but decided I would sleep on the floor instead. I fell asleep around 1:00, and when I woke up, it was 2:30, and although studio is from 1:50-4:30, no one was there. Not only did I manage to sleep on a hard terrazzo floor, I managed to sleep deeply enough that 60 people were able to come to studio and leave without waking me. I went to bed around 7, and woke up sometime around 1.

Thanks for reading.

I enjoy listening to people talk about their life. Good read.

Whoa, where do these random people you hangout with come from?

crystalpepsi

Now when you say you got to polish sausages, do you mean 2 Polish guys slapped their dicks all over your face?

I was referring to the random woman you watched movies with

Oh. I don't know. Where do your friends come from?

Oh. I don't know. Where do your friends come from?

Oh, they're friends, you made it sound as if they were just random people who decided to watch a movie with you.

I suppose so, yeah. Is that where you live? I'm at IIT.

No. I just used to spend a lot of time in Chicago. Some of the less favorable areas and learned to love it. n_n

So, I'm back in Minneapolis for break.

Snorkel and I went draining again.

It was really cold and there was a lot of water, so we had to get a raft and paddle up the drain. We left the raft on a sandbar just inside. When we came back six hours later, it had deflated, so we had to wade out, through the semi-frozen Mississippi.  >.<
