i don't like the theme of this game but if i ever do buy it hopefully the gameplay or even the story makes up for it.  music for now seems the most redeeming quality of this game

the turns seem extremely slow.  especially when you need to play an except of a minigame to do some combos wtf

looks like it took some inspo from earthbound

also looks extremely slow and idk about the battle music

ok finally watched the battle video and holy fuuuuuuuuuuuuck that looks slow. like i guess it has to be "paced" since it looks like there's some SKILLZ BASED components to battles, but i hope it doesnt feel that fucking slow to play jesus

i mean if that is how slow it is for a regular encounter (i guess depending on how many battles there are) it is a deal breaker for me
although i probably wasnt going to play it anyway lol
