I think blu posted this in the chat thread, bu anyway yeah they announced it.
I think the main character might be Apollo or
Phoenix
since you know at the end of Apollo Justice
he was pondering taking the bar exam again to get his attorney badge back
bassir;
it would be cool if both of them were in it and playable
i don't think they should just toss out apollo when he's only had one game
Woohoo

What happened to that Phoenix Wright Professor Layton hybrid?
QuoteThe game has currently only been announced for release in Japan, with Capcom currently gauging interest from the community over whether or not to localize it for other territories.[12] In July 2011, Level-5 International America Inc. conducted a Facebook poll in which fans were asked what currently Japan-only Level-5 game they had the most interest in.[13] Professor Layton Vs. Ace Attorney ultimately won the most votes, with over 6,000.[14] Although the game has yet to be officially announced for release outside of Japan, an English-language press release from Capcom at Tokyo Game Show 2011 hints as such.[15]
so it
might get released here
