I prefer images in my head and memories, but when I want to be stupid I'll watch some. Sometimes it might be every day a few days in a row, other times I might go a week or two. Idk, on average 1-2 times a week? Significantly more than when I had a woman. I think I once didn watch any for over a year.

Images in the mind work wonderfully because it is not the explicit content which compels us beyond arousal and into gratification land, it is the implication and involved sentiment. For example, if I imagine a certain someone from my life, in all sorts of compromising positions and situation, this works wonders for my little heart and head, moreso than generic pornography.
