Konami bought Hudson and now they're closing it. No word if the franchises die, but I wouldn't doubt it.
Bye bye Bomberman. :'(

No, because I never bought anything from Konami that wasn't developed by Hudson. girl;

Their quality was never the best, but they had some great classic series. And knowing Konami, they're dead now.  :(

Well...Hudson hasn't really done anything particularly worthwhile in a long time anyway...

In a surprising turn of events, Konami is just changing Hudson into a Konami brand.

Here's a statement from Konami's Hudson group:

No more Hudson "Soft", just Hudson.

So yay. All those 3DS games I was looking forward to may still be in development, since the Japanese website is still running.
