You may remember him from the Tekken game.[/spoiler]
I shit my pants when I saw he had his own manga series. The whole thing is done in black and white, and it's four stories of Gon going through Nature, fucking shit up, and being boss.
It's quiet charming, actually. There are no words in it, leaving the artist to pretty much tell the stories of Gon building a "mansion" and other stuff.
It's a quick "read" I finished it in like 15 minutes. But it's kind of funny and worth reading. It was like 10$ at Barnes and Noble, though you crazy anime guys could probably find it online or something.
So yeah, check it out.
Also, apparently this came out in 1992, and Gon was an established manga BEFORE Tekken.

lol i watched a few episodes of the anime based on the non-cards yu-gi-oh, it was pretty dumb

I only read it because it was in shonen jump when I subscribed to it in like 7th grade
