No. Minnesota's bigwigs don't even really deal with it. They're pretty goddamn firm on the stance that marriage is between a man and a woman only. It's not exactly brought to court very often either. So little opposition to the legislature probably means we won't even consider legalizing it for quite some time.

By the way, a bill was just passed this year which calls for an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution which will strictly state that marriage is between a man and a woman only. It'll be voted on next year.

I guess it's all the western pride and shit that goes on in Montana.   I've basically been brain washed for a very long time that east was scary and corrupt and wrong.  And even though I don't believe this, it makes me feel kind of uneasy about living there.

There's even a division between Western monanter and our eastern brotheren in the same state.  Albeit not nearly as bad.
