Both of them seem about the same in my eyes, and while the Vita seems way nicer the 3DS will probably have games I'll feel the need to play.

they're both looking p. pathetic right now but in terms of gaymes i can't deny that the 3ds's library will become vastly more attractive this holiday season scarecrowdood;

Layton / Ace Attorney looks nice, though it may not release here
