And for this I mean both internet and real life via whatever community you are a part of that has music loving people
so basically obscure stuff that is hard to even find
The band that actually inspired this thread is

They are a female fronted band from the 90s emo movement and such and I pretty much adore them. Her voice is like heavenly.
Another more recent is Hundred Hands which is a side project of two members of The Appleseed Cast

that's a good song, I just can't find videos on youtube of it and am too lazy to upload something right now

Their stuff is really hard to find though. First two albums used to be available for download on their website, but they have no website anymore :(
Third album is amazing.

this.
I really liked East River Pipe and Gay Dad, those are some new ones, though they are kind of well known maybe. Also Lambchop.
Kodomo is pretty good as well, chill electronic stuff.
And then there is Recoil, which is Alan Wilder's solo material. It's really good. Kind of like Moby (moby worked on one of his albums before he got famous). Trip Hop is what I've heard it described as, though I'm not sure that label accurately fits Recoil anymore.
Any Ian Svenonius band, only met 1 other kid who is a fan of his stuff.

We need to have another thread where we make music bundles for others
Although I think Grooveshark playlists would be more practical.
